  Ο Harold Kerzner, (Ph.D., MS, Engineering & MBA), αποτελεί μια διεθνή αυθεντία σε θέματα που αφορούν τη διοίκηση έργων και το στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό. Ενδεικτικό του εξαιρετικά σημαντικού έργου του, αποτελεί το γεγονός πως το ειδικό σώμα του Project Management Institute στο Ohio έχει δημιουργήσει το βραβείο Kerzner που αποδίδεται σε ετήσια βάση σε εκείνον τον επαγγελματία ή επιχείρηση που αρίστευσε στη Διοίκηση Έργων. Αντίστοιχα, το Διεθνές Ινστιτούτο Μάθησης (International Institute for Learning) απονέμει το Kerzner International Project Manager of the Year Award, μετά από έρευνα που διεξάγεται σε project managers από όλο τον κόσμο. Από τις αναρίθμητες διακρίσεις του, δεν θα μπορούσαν φυσικά να λείπουν και οι τιμές που του αποτείνουν πανεπιστήμια ανά τον κόσμο, όπως το πανεπιστήμιο του Illinois και της Utah, για τη συμβολή του Kerzner στον τομέα της Διοίκησης Έργων.

  Κατά τη διάρκεια της πολυετούς καριέρας του, έχει εκδώσει περισσότερες από 250 έρευνες και άρθρα. Ο αριθμός των στελεχών που έχουν παρακολουθήσει τα σεμινάρια του Kerzner ξεπερνούν τις 300,000, ενώ ο ίδιος έχει πραγματοποιήσει και 3 satellite broadcasts που μεταδόθηκαν σε όλο τον κόσμο.

Η πλούσια εμπειρία του και συγγραφική του δραστηριότητα στον τομέα της Διοίκησης Έργων τον έχει καταστήσει και ως έναν από τους πιο σημαντικούς επιχειρησιακούς συμβούλους και trainers στο Project Management. Ανάμεσα στον εντυπωσιακό αριθμό οργανισμών που έχει συμβουλεύσει ξεχωρίζουν οι: Microsoft, General Electric, Federal Reserve Bank, Philips Coal, R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., The Department of Defence, The Goodyear Corp., Ford, Mobil Oil, VISA, Intel, Barclay's Bank, Fedex, Nokia, Philips, Ericsson, 3M, General Motors κ.ά.

Ο Harold Kerzner είναι Καθηγητής Systems Management στο Baldwin-Wallace College, Executive Director Διοίκησης Έργων στο Διεθνές Ινστιτούτο Μάθησης και Πρόεδρος της Project Management Associates Inc. (μιας συμβουλευτικής εταιρείας σε θέματα Διοίκησης Έργων με έδρα το Ohio). Ο Kerzner αποκόμισε την πλούσια εμπειρία στον βιομηχανικό τομέα μέσα από την εργασία του στην Thiokol Corporation, όπου εντρύφησε πάνω σε θέματα program management και project engineering για έργα της NASA, της Αεροπορίας, του Στρατού και του Ναυτικού.

Alexander Matthey will present on: "Building a Project Based Organization". Alexander is an International Correspondent for PMForum based in Vaud, Switzerland, near Geneva. Alexander Matthey is also the Managing Director of 3PM Experts Sàrl.

He has over 24 years experience, has worked extensively in many countries and cultural environments worldwide, and is an expert in the areas of project management office (PMO), organizational PM maturity, and PM for software and IT projects. Alexander has written and lectured widely on Project Management in French and English, is the author and trainer of PMP certification courses, and is a frequent speaker at International PMI leadership meetings and congresses.

He is a faculty member at the International University in Geneva, and a lecturer at the University of Geneva. He is currently Vice President of the PMI Switzerland Chapter. Alexander holds a Masters Degree in Computer Electronics and Software Engineering and a Masters in Business Information Systems.

Exclusive Project Management event at Dubai Knowledge Village (1st of Sept. 2007)!
